The day a social worker from the hospital told me about this great company that can provide the best quality care for my sick father and what they can do for him seem to be unbelievable at the time. as scared as i was i took the risk in placing one of the most valuable persons in my life in their hands. its been the best risk i took because they have kept all their promises and word that my father would get the best care. we were on our 4th year with them and the quality of services my father got from BG had not changed. my dad was treated with the same respect and got the best care as the first day with the company or as he was a part of their family. always making sure he had everything he would need, checking if he was happy with the caregivers care and, if somthing was making him unhappy. they were always there ready to change anything to keep their promise that he would get the best quality care. my family and i will never forget the day we learned about BG Healthcare. it has been the biggest blessing we could have, helping us take care of my stroked father during the last four years of his life. My father passed away last month and I am thankful i had BG Healthcare by my side to take care of him...

The worst home healthcare experience my family and I have seen. On 21 August 2012, a nurse came to my house to provide in home treatment to my wife. The nurse lacked basic social skills, such as an ability to greet my wife and family. She was so rude and condescending that my wife asked the nurse to leave. My family and I have dealt with numerous home healthcare providers over the last six years. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review until now. Totally unsatisfactory experience. Completely unprofessional nurse. I would never recommend anyone, who cares about their loved one, to use this company.

excellent service! well coordinated. communication was superb althroughout my service with them. they have the most corteous and caring staff i have ever met.
