I'm using The Medical Team for several years now. They were recommended by a physical therapist sector, and I decided to go for them. They provide me CNAs to come in and help me with things that I need help physically. They also provide help with the housekeeping. The caregivers they provide are good. I had some that I didn't keep after a week or two. I guess you'll find that anywhere though. The first one they sent me was very good. I had kept her for several years. I loved her, but she needed to go home and tend for her mom. Overall, the service they provide is good as well as the scheduling and billing.

Horrible company. Aides are scheduled and have not shown up. Management office is incomptent and do not care about helping clients.
