I called this agency on a Saturday morning not knowing if they were going to be closed. Someone answered the phone. I asked if that was an answering service and the person said she was a staff member of Options and she was on duty to handle after hours calls. The other 3 agencies I had called either did not answer or I was routed to an answering service that could only take a message, Options was able to mobilize relatively quickly. They sent us a nurse to do the assessment and though they could not start on Monday, they were able to start on Tuesday with a very reliable caregiver.

The caregiver from Options For Senior America is doing excellent. So far, it's been very good. My mother can feed and go to the bathroom herself, so she just helps with the cleaning and helps her with showering and getting dressed.

The care coordinator was very professional and helpful. Some of the office staff was professional. The cna provided was very subpar, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. It was also very difficult to get a hold of someone in the office during early morning hours (6am, 7am) and outside business hours in case of emergency.

Options for Senior America have been very good. They took care of my father before he passed and now they're taking care of my mother. They're there 4-5 hours a day. They make sure that she takes her meds and eat her meals. If no one is there, she won't be able to do these things. They do light house cleaning for her.

Overall, they're very good. I have no complaints with the management. They do what they said they will do. They provide the service we need. The caregiver that I have is good. One thing to improve on with the caregiver they sent is that she should listen and be open to suggestions and feedback. Other than that, she knows the job and does a good job.

Options for Senior America is great. They're responsive and you can talk with someone otherwise they will call right back. The caregivers are reliable and they do a good job for my mom.

I'm very pleased with Options for Senior America. The caregivers sent to me are wonderful. They help me out with anything I need like dressing, shopping and managing my pills for me. I don't know what I would do without them. I'm very pleased with them.
