Ageless Simplicity leveraged a “bait and switch” model by telling me they would provide certain services for my mother that they later claimed they never said they would (after my mother was signed up for skilled nursing). The nurse was fine for awhile. On Christmas Day, the nurse called in sick. Though I’m suspicious, I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. The issue was nobody picked up their emergency call line for over 3 days before we cancelled services. Don’t trust your loved ones with this agency, they are not reliable and mediocre when they do show up.
