I haven't had dealings with a home care agency before, so I don't have anything to compare it to. They're certainly on schedule. When they say 8 o'clock they're here at 8, if they say 10, they're here at 10. They're very dependable.

The most helpful has been Tracey and Jason taking my calls promptly. I like that their two managers, Tracey and Jason, are available. If the caregiver does not arrive promptly they will come early until they arrive.

It's made my life easier. It made it, so I did not have to do average things. Part of the problem is my problem. I've always lived alone for many, many years. It's not easy to have another person living in the house at the same time. All the problems are my problems. I get so very, very used to living completely alone, and then when I haven't been well and have needed help, it's hard to adjust to that. Each person is different. Sometimes, they're really good, and sometimes they're just ok. They do really good, it's just person to person it's different. I've never had any problems.

The caregivers were here punctually. That is why I used them as apposed to Uber. I had to make sure that I was on time to my appointments. They were helping me with transportation because I cannot drive. I cannot think of anything they could do better.
