Home Care Assistance is very personal and I have a very close, warm relationship with the people from Home Care Assistance. Our caretaker is attentive, caring, and sincere. She relieves my wife and I from having to take care of household chores. We have a really special, extraordinary caretaker.

I think they are very unprofessional. They way that the client services person has spoken with me. They have failed to fill all my shifts and told me that it was my fault. They do not train all their employees and do not check to see if they have valid drivers licenses and insurance. They do not get any feedback from me, but they listen to the caregivers. Better communication would be key as well as professionalism, plus getting training and information to employees.

I would tell a friend that Home Care Assistance's management and supervisors my sibling and I interacted with were extremely responsive and helpful if there were any problems or issues or special requests, and they were quick to respond to last minute changes in her level of care. Home Care Assistance gave us great peace of mind to know that my mom was being cared for.

A lot of times we had to move things around, like timing, and Home Care Assistance always took care of us. Home Care Assistance caregivers came in and made my loved one's lunch.

Everyone was caring and friendly, and the services from Home Care Assistance allowed my wife to stay at home. I would have liked the services better if we could have had one caregiver who came regularly, and I would have liked to have a caregiver who was willing to be firm with my wife about showering.

We have an aide from Homecare Assistance of Indianapolis coming in to help with the care of my father-in-law. The manager who talked to us seemed very good. He explained things and told us what they can do. When I had problems with the other caregivers we had, I called him and he was able to give me someone right away, and we've been happy with the service ever since.

My mom has dementia and falls down sometimes. It got to the point where I was afraid to leave her alone. Home Care Assistance has been amazing and such a relief! Lolia has really exceeded my expectations. She is very well trained in dealing with people with dementia and is such a great cook! My mom had been eating poorly prior to starting service. I would recommend to anyone needing help!
