"The agency has been first class and endeavors to provide each client with the caregiver that will meet their needs. Currently, we have one caregiver who works from 0900-1700 Monday - Friday. We are awaiting assignment for a caregiver to work the evening shift and weekends. Their response to our need and request is alway positive. It never ceases to amaze me how well they do in selecting compatible caregivers for us. Cindy, our current caregiver is awesome. She is always punctual and works from start to finish eating here lunch between tasks. Her daily performance is the epitome of what you desire and strive for in your organization. "Although these caretakers do everything they are supposed to when spending time with my mom, the service itself is very unreliable. In the past month, there have been four times that no one has shown up at the scheduled time, and we did not receive a call from the agency notifying us of this. This left my mom in a bad situation since she is a fall risk and was then left to fend for herself at meal time. If we had known that no one was coming, we could have made other arrangements. Not a dependable service at all."

"We have been very happy with At Home Preferred. Mom at first needed and wanted part-time companion care- someone to assist around the house, run errands, and even take her to appointments. The caregivers were wonderful, and this worked for a while until Mom's health began to seriously decline. Our caregiver needs changed quickly, and I was so impressed with the company's response. My contact at At Home Preferred is Lea Ann, and she has always been quick to respond, caring, kind, and completely professional.The caregivers are and have been so good to Mom; so caring and patient and willing to help her in any way that they can. Some of the current caregivers have been with Mom since we started, even though the shifts have lengthened considerably, and Mom has really appreciated that. Our entire family is so grateful. "
