My husband had wound care at home for about a month. We saw Heide C. R.N. three times per week and she gave excellent care. She is very personable, thorough, experienced and dependable. We have had excellent experience with our provider! She is always flexible, on time, and so good with our little boy who has many challenges. She is part of our family and I cant imagine life without her help!

Your company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. Amanda's caring and professionalism has helped both of us with our health concerns. Her presentation shows she is well read and trained and demonstrates her exceptional ability on each visit with us. We feel comfortable, confident and pleased with her advice and direction. We have had several therapists over the years, and we feel Amanda is above average and one of the best. We are so grateful to have her in our home and appreciate all she has done to help us.

My nurse, Rae, has been very competent and also very kind and sweet. She is always just great. I look forward to her visits! Also, whenever she had questions, concerns, she makes a phone call to doc or pharmacist and checks things out.

I came across Interim through the VA. They help me with the things that I can't do - housework, cleaning, shopping and bringing me to my doctor's appointment. My caregiver is a really nice person. She's really enthusiastic. She comes in and always willing to get started and start doing things. So I thought that is really nice of her. I even like Kim, the representative that came out. She's amazing. I started last month and this is my second week with Interim. I was thinking home care is going to be a headache but in reality Kim and my worker made things so smooth, easy and really nice. This has been a good choice so far. It's just really a nice service. I appreciate you all!

We chose Interim off of a list of offered companies. We chose them because they were close to our home. They provided my mom daily home care like help with activities of daily living and help around the house. The caregiver that we most liked is the first one that we had because of her positive attitude. She was optimistic, came in and didn't seem to need much direction. She took initiative and was open to mom's needs. The director was very kind and understanding too. She always makes sure that we were well taken care of.

My nurse, Jae, is an excellent wound ileostomy provider. She is highly organized and goes above and beyond to help me learn about my wound and how to care for my appliance. She even helps me when I feel down about my situation. Always on time and a good researcher, too. She is always gentle in her approach.

We started using Interim somewhere between 2010 and 2011. We chose them because I like the way the representative came out and represented himself and the company. They provide respite care such as care giving to my daughters. The caregivers are wonderful. They are REALLY reliable and loving! They also listen really well and do anything we ask them. In addition, no matter who we come across in the company whether someone in billing, in the office, the initial representative who came out to the caregivers, everyone is just 5 stars across the board. Usually you don't ever have that in anything you're looking for. Someone might be unhappy in the job in the office, you always have something. But with Interim, you don't find that which is a definite must. I'm just really happy with them. I'm really satisfied.

My current caregiver from Interim HealthCare, Gail, is exceptional. She has been with my husband for about 8 months. She is very caring and so aware of his every need. In order to keep employees like Gail, you should give them a raise and benefits. Areill is also amazing!
