With our regular caregiver I don't have to worry about my mom at all. She is fully taken care of to their best ability. Their ability to cover every shift is poor.

The caregivers should show up for shifts and if they are not coming the office should tell us. Today no one showed up and no one called to tell us the shift was cancelled. I had to manage the wheelchair by myself to take her to a doctor's appointment. I'm 90 years old, it's hard to do.

We have had a couple of issues with reliable caregivers in the past, and so we have been dealing directly with the company on that issue. I like the availability and reliability they provide us with. They are very flexible with the services, which I appreciate.

They were great. Dustin came out and spent the evenings with Kyle. We were able to have Kyle see what the services would be like in our home before he moves into his own home.

Get rid of the minimum amount of hours per day. They are very attentive and they listen to you.
