We had a really good tour of Edmonds Landing. I like the location, it was right near the downtown, the amenities, and the activities. They have a great dining room and food service. The person who showed me around was very pleasant, but the staff wasn't quite as interactive as they were with the other place I toured. I didn't like the layout as much, but it's still alright. They had a salon, exercise activities, they have a special menu and they also have a courtyard. Everything was clean, neat, and tidy. It's near some restaurants, the hospital is about four or five miles away. They had good-sized bedrooms, even their studio sizes were pretty good.

Edmonds Landing is a coastal community and it's friendly. They have adequate but small kitchens and the staff was really helpful. The people there were having lunch and that's what we saw. Their dining area is adequate, they have a chef and take some pride in it. They have a patio and courtyard but they're pretty limited in size. It's very urban, very city oriented, so it's not spacious, but comfortable.

Edmonds Landing is a small community. There's assisted living and independent living together in one place, which I really liked. It's not just a bunch of assisted living people together or independent living together, but they live as one community. They have a lot of really nice outdoor spaces, and their dining room is beautiful. My mom's not there yet, but they've been very conscientious about gathering all of the information needed to care for her and meet all of her needs. They communicated with her doctor and spoke directly to her when we visited on Wednesday to find out exactly what she wanted and what she was expecting. The apartments are very nice. All of them are very, very clean. They have all have new carpet and new paint. My mom's moving into a one-bedroom, and it's very nice and very spacious. She's in a wheelchair about 80 percent of the time. It's very nice too that she can get around in her apartment in her wheelchair. There are beautiful gardens with tables and seating for people to go out, sit, and enjoy the different areas. The gardens and the plants are beautiful and look like they really keep up the gardens. They are landscaped very nicely. My mom has a really nice view of the garden and a pretty pink magnolia tree out of her bedroom window. It's just really pretty. Everybody that we've met has been wonderful.

I toured Edmonds Landing and it definitely was a very old building, and much smaller. The staff was wonderful, the one who did the tour, and they made sure we were introduced to people. The rooms were pretty small. They were like in the low 300 square feet. We had a little tea sort of thing and dessert. They said they had a little bistro area, for lack of a better term. From the discussion, they had lots of activities and they were well-timed. They have people come in and play music. This was towards the end of our looking, and by this time I'm realizing that my mother-in-law, who's 89 and a half years old, is a heck of a walker. She doesn't use a cane or a walker, and she will go. She's extremely physically fit, with just her dementia and her cognitive issues. We were concerned about that, and they said we could get her like a watch that has an identifier where she is. I thought the place was nice enough and the room was nice enough. It was not at all decorated in my style, but it was something she would like. But we were more and more concerned about her leaving. In the end, it just wasn't the right place for her, and I didn't pursue it.

The Edmonds was beautiful and very stylish. It was near the beach, so they had a lot of outings with the seniors on the beach. They bring in many kinds of entertainers, they have classical music, dance performers, art groups, and so on. One of the good things is they permit the residents to bring their dogs, but they didn't have a very good dog policy because some of the dogs seemed out of control. The food was pretty good. When my father was still in independent living, it seemed like a very nice community for the cost, but when he needed extra care, the price went up exponentially. It didn't meet our needs in that way.

Edmonds Landing is very nice, well done, brand new, and beautiful. I am in assisted living. The facilities are gorgeous, and the amenities are good. They have everything that you need, and people come whenever you want them. The food is pretty good.

I love Edmonds Landing, but the apartments are way too small. This place would have been perfect if they had larger apartments. It’s an incredible facility. It's beautiful and wonderfully run. The food is good.

My wife stayed at Edmonds Landing Gracious Retirement and Assisted living for a month. They had great people. They had a great dining room, with great service and great food. The apartments were a bit small. We liked what we saw there. It was close to where we live and it was close to all our doctors and the shopping mall. They had a lot of activities, like movies and poker. It was a very nice place but it was too expensive and we could not afford it. I would recommend it to anybody who can afford it.

The Edmonds Landing Gracious Retirement & Assisted Living was a small community and very walk able. The woman I talked to was very helpful and informative. The rooms were reasonably sized. They had plenty of activities all the time especially art activities. They also had arrangement to see the athletic club nearby so anyone who lived there could go to the athletic club to swim and do other activities. The price was pretty expensive.
