Almost Home Senior Care

Our residents vary in age but most are in their 70's and 80's. They enjoy playing games, watching movies, reading books, or sitting outside on the deck.

1-2:3 Daytime 1:3 Nighttime. We also offer Private Duty if the residents requires it.

Each resident has a care plan and our caregivers interact with our residents according to that plan which includes activities oriented to help keep the resident engaged.

We specialize in residents who need assistance getting around. We have a couple of transportation services that we work with that can accommodate wheelchairs. We are centrally located to several residential areas making it very convenient for the families of residents to keep their loved one close to where they live.

We work with several third-party transportation services to provide transportation to our residents.

Our nurse works with the residents primary care physician and therapists to develop a care plan and adjust it as needed.

We have several amazing cooks on staff and we customize each residents meal to their preferences as much as possible. Once we know a residents likes and dislikes we cater their snacks and meals to their taste.

A high caregiver to residents ratio of a minimum of 1:3. Our caregivers check on our residents a minimum of once every 2 hours but it is frequently more often. Especially during the day our caregivers interact with our residents frequently. If they need anything a caregiver is always nearby to assist them.
