Hampton Manor of Chesapeake was new. They had six residents at the time. It was a very nice facility, and everything was laid out nicely. I'd rate the facility fairly high, but the administrator needs to hire a new front person to greet and tour the guests. She was awful as a promoter of the facility. The facility was great, but they have inexperienced staff. Because of the lack of experience and how the administrator presented herself, they couldn't do it, no matter how nice the facility was and how low the cost. They still had things to get done, like put the sign out front so you knew what the building was. They need to let the administrator go do paperwork, and they need to hire staff with experience, not people just out of school or still in school.
