Providence Place was nice and it seemed like a really good place to live. There was an exercise room, community areas where they had different social gatherings, a swimming pool, and a computer room, and they would do shopping trips and casinos. The staff was quite helpful. They had a maintenance person that kept the grounds immaculate and made sure everything was in order.

I saw the apartments in Providence Place, not the cottages. The hallway up in the apartments was open and you can look out on both sides, which in the wintertime, I wouldn't like, but it was nice. They've got wide hallways, and they had garages, too. The staff was nice. The room had a bar with a kitchen on the right, the living room straight ahead, and the bedroom to the left. I believe I only looked at a 1-bedroom.

We chose Providence Place. It’s close to where we are living, and the price was within our range. The places that have been suggested online were much farther away. I was really impressed, and it seemed the residents were really happy. Everybody was very pleased with what was going on. They have activities and everything I was looking for. They have a calendar with movies, trips, they take them to the grocery store. They have health people and speakers who come in to speak on interesting topics for the residents.
