I visited Mason Senior Apartments, and they're new. I went to see the cottages, and they're cute until you walk in and see how small they are. They have no dining room, just a bar with stools, and it did not fit our needs. They have a waiting list.

I am a resident of Mason Senior. It's a senior apartment, but it's hazardous, that's why I have to move. The lady that lived here is a chain smoker. When I moved in they didn't tell me that this was a hazardous place to live. The smoke and the repair are beyond my living conditions; this is not good. I have a lot of health issues, and I'm inhaling the smoke that is in here. The leasing agent, Elizabeth, was not a very friendly lady, and she's given me problems since I've been here. She's not good at all. The cleanliness is not good. It's a cottage and it's one-story, and they have so many repairs. They brought what they called an ozone machine here to try to get rid of the smoke and the smell, but it didn't work. You still smell and breathe the toxic smoke.
