I was at first happy with visiting this facility as the staff seemed professional and the facility was clean and up to date. After I had visited this facility and one of the patients a few times, I was in a patients room, I saw a tech change a patients brief, and immediately after standing bedside, the tech took out her phone and began texting. I found this to be very unprofessional. This happened a few more times. I was not happy with the professionalism at all.
