"American House West Knoxville was clean. We like the place. The lady was great. She was very nice. She had a lot of experience, especially with memory care patients. We were impressed with her. She did a good job. They showed us a menu and everything about what they had. Everything was clean. I thought the memory care place was just a little bit dark. The apartments were laid out fine, but they were a little bit smaller."

"My brother moved into Deane Hill Place's assisted living. They've been making upgrades and updates, and all of them were nice. My brother wanted to be within walking distance of other places, that's kind of important to him, and this place has a shopping center and a grocery store nearby that he can walk to. The only staff member I've met is the lady we talked to, who was very nice and friendly. I haven't experienced any of the activities, but they have scheduled ones and there's a calendar that you can look at to see what's coming up. It looked full of fun stuff to do, so that's good. The dining area was small but nice. They have five little buildings, and each one has a separate dining hall, so they were fairly small. I'm guessing 8 or 10 tables at the most, where four people can sit at a table."

"I can't say enough good things about autumn care. The staff go above and beyond to take care of the residents. The food is absolutely fantastic, pretty much restaurant quality. Along with the top-notch food, the facility is beautiful and clean. We're very happy with our choice and Raeleen, the new director, is always available and seems to really know her stuff. If you're looking for a place that will make your loved ones feel safe and well cared for, I don't think you can do much better. "

"My mother is here. Everything is very nice. They're very helpful and friendly people. It's very clean. They have a lot of social activities. She enjoys it there; she just can't afford it anymore. She has a small one-bedroom. It has a private bath, a sink, and a microwave. It's very comfortable. They take them to places. They have different activities. I couldn't list all of them because I haven't been there that often, but I know it's a very active community."

"My mom moved into South High Senior Living. I can't think of anything that I don't like. It's been nice. It's a nice place. My mom's apartment is spacious. She has a large bathroom. It's up-to-date and clean. The food is fine. They had a dining room, a kitchen, and a great room that's got a huge-screen TV. It's decorated pretty. From the dining room, it goes outside to a patio that's got tables and umbrellas. And then they've got little things that they can grow. I love their staff. Their staff is nice. They've got some good people working there. The facility is pretty new. My mom's room was expensive, but it was a room for herself. And then she moved into a shared room. She and her roommate get along well together."

"My mother has moved into Oakwood Senior Living. It's nice, and the price was right. They have a bed, a dresser, and a lamp in the room. The staff members are friendly and nice. They're good, too. The building is nice. They have activities, but I don't know what they are. They have a courtyard."

"My mom has been at River Oaks Place. She's in memory care, up until she broke her hip and she had to move. They're all very nice and very good. They had activities for them while she was mobile. They took them out in places and have programs there. Since COVID, I don't know what they had been able to do over the summer. So far they have not had an outbreak. They are very nice people, they kept me informed and the nurses were good. Overall, she had a very nice experience and enjoyed being there. Everything that I saw about the food is wonderful, smelled delicious. If she had a problem with eating, they knew something was wrong. The staff was always very good and very nice. Never eaten the food but she enjoyed it. Unless someone was having a severe health problem at the time and all throwing up or incontinence, it was always beautifully cleaned, smelled nice and was great."

"The accommodations are lovely. Roomy... bright.. easily accessible . There are several seating areas and outdoor porches . My Dad loved it here. The staff are all kind and caring. Friendly.. always available and quick to respond. Highly recommend ."

"We have chosen Trinity Hills of Knoxville for my mother, and she's moving in on Tuesday. It's very clean, and it feels very homey. The room is very nice, it has laminate wood floors which kind of give us a homey feel. Very roomy, the bathroom very large, and has a nice walk-in shower with all the bars and everything for safety. It has a very large kitchen nook, with a microwave, small refrigerator, small size kitchen sink, and cabinets space, so lots of room and storage. The staff is so, so nice, everyone is very sweet, everyone always greets you, even if they don't know who we are, they're just all very inviting. We have not sampled the food, but I do know that they have a chef on-site and it's restaurant style. So they get to order off of the menu what they want to eat. There is some variety, then they have certain things that they always have, like soup and baked potatoes. They always have that. And then every day there are certain entrees they can choose from. It's a very nice dining area, even the lighting in there is pretty like they have chandeliers and things like that. So it makes it feel like home. They always have bingo. They have a grand piano in the great room and it's off of the dining room. And they have someone that comes and plays music while they eat. They have a fireplace that they can gather around. They have movie days, they have special speakers that come in, and they have a chapel there so they can have Sunday school and church. They can go on outings if they want, and they have a little shuttle that they can go on outings, and then just all kinds of activities constantly, whether it's crafts or things like that."

"I liked everything at Lakewood Place. The apartment was very, very nice and there was plenty of space for seniors. The staff who assisted me with the tour was wonderful and very caring. The facility's cleanliness was immaculate. They had senior rooms where they all gathered and laughed and talked. They had a nice dining room. The residents all looked very happy. The staff was friendly, informative, helpful, and smiling."

"I have moved into River Oaks Place Loudon. It is a four-story building on top of a hill in Loudon, Tennessee and it's very peaceful. The staff is very kind. I enjoy my stay. They also allow my pet to come with me. They all help take care of her. They do my laundry and my dinner. They help me clean my room. If I need help with anything else, they're right here. It's an assisted living, so they don't bother me unless I need help. My room is more of a studio. They have activities on the second floor. They have games, they have exercises in the mornings, and they have devotionals in the mornings. They have a sister facility down here that they mingle with. The activities are fun."

The lady that gave the tour was like an open book. She was very forthcoming. I saw the meals and they smelled wonderful. They looked appetizing and well-prepared."
