"This place is very quiet. It has a deck and many sitting areas for the residents. Another reason why we chose this place for my mother in law is that it's out in the country. She's used to this lifestyle. Her room is bigger compared to the one she has at home. She has a small table beside her bed, two chairs (one is a rocking chair), her own bathroom, and a nice, small walk in closet. The staff is really nice to her. She actually thinks they are her family. They pay attention to her needs. Since she's diabetic, they make sure her meals are always on time. They give her a small snack whenever she feels weak, they help her prepare for church and get her hair done. They've been great; they keep in touch with us if there are problems. Some activities present in this place are having the residents' nails done, planting flowers and watching TV together. However, it's better if residents have their own TV in their rooms. My mom became healthier after weeks when we brought her to this place. They are really taking good care of her. "

"I went to look at The Garden Plaza at Cleveland. What I like best about the place is the architecture. It's beautiful. There is nothing there that I don't like. It's a very nice facility. It goes from assisted living to independent living, but they do not have a memory care section. I have tasted their food, and it was very well prepared. They have a swimming pool. It's near restaurants, shopping centers, and main roads, so it's easily accessible."

"We visited Legacy Village of Cleveland, which was a very premier facility. We wanted it, but it was out of our budget. I liked the architecture, the layout of the rooms, and the food. The food was excellent. We ate lunch there. The food was very pleasing to the eye and looked like a good variety. The facility was spacious. It is near restaurants, near the interstate, easy to get to, and it is near my home."

"The minute I walk onto the porch at Morning Pointe,I feel like I am at home. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond in attempts to please everyone. My uncle has his every need provided for. He gets three meals per day plus snacks. There is an alternate menu if he doesn't like the regular meal. I eat with my loved one at least once per week and the food is good, the desserts even better! My uncle participates in activities and enjoys outings. The staff helps with adl's as needed. The nurses do a great job of keeping me informed if a medical issue arises. I am very proud to say that I do not worry about my loved one and that I have peace of mind knowing that he is very happy and considers MP home He has made many friends and socializes daily. The facility is very beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend the facility to my friends and families. "

"My great grandmother was a sufferer of Alzheimer's. This facility was extremely caring and did everything they could to help take care of her. The staff always went out of their way to help her whether she appreciated it at the time or not. They would help feed her, dress her, and encourage her to take the daily field trips that they provided for the residents to get off of the campus and do things around town. Someone would always sit and talk to her when she was feeling lonely and whenever we would call to check on her they would give us great updates on her health status and the different things she was doing. The rooms were private with a private bathroom and they were extremely nice and you could decorate them however you felt. When I get to an age where I can no longer take care of myself, I would love to be in a facility as nice as this one. "
