"I recently had the opportunity to visit Garden Plaza in Cleveland, Tn. Upon arrival I was immediately impressed with the decor and level of upkeep. The lobby is adjacent to a lovely dining room as well as a beautiful atrium. The Admissions Director was friendly without being overbearing or pushy. I also had the opportunity to meet with the Executive Director Esmerelda, and I thought that she was very nice and professional. Overall my visit was a good experience and I will be considering this home in the near future for my mother. "

"I thought it was horrible when I first walked in there. The rooms were small and everything is old. It doesn't look like a modern facility. I didn't want my dad to be there because I hated how it looked. But since he had been there for a while, I think he was getting a really good care. The people at Bradley Healthcare & Rehab Center are the best. They seemed to know their patients really well. They were nice and sweet to my dad. They really had great people there. "

"My brother is staying at Signature HealthCARE of Cleveland. It's 5 minutes from my house. Everybody is really good. My brother has to share a room, and he doesn't even have a TV yet. I have no complaints about the staff. The dining area is pleasant. They have bingo, and people come in and sing. They have different activities. There's not a lot of room. My brother is a big guy who shares one room. About two or three outfits tucked up in his closet space. I've seen the food they gave him, and it looks good."

"We visited Legacy Village of Cleveland, which was a very premier facility. We wanted it, but it was out of our budget. I liked the architecture, the layout of the rooms, and the food. The food was excellent. We ate lunch there. The food was very pleasing to the eye and looked like a good variety. The facility was spacious. It is near restaurants, near the interstate, easy to get to, and it is near my home."

"Dominion of Athens was brand new and beautiful. The colors that were painted were nice. There was a fireplace in the lobby. The director gave me the tour and she was very helpful, kind, and very professional. The dining area looked very pretty. They have exercising, Bingo, games, and Church services."

"Touring the facility was a very emotional experience. Though we decided not to place my grandmother here, it was not due to the facility. They were warm and welcoming. The location of this facility was beautiful and offered lots of outdoor space and gorgeous views of the mountains. The staff seemed to be friendly and willing to answer questions that anyone in my family had. It is my hope that my grandmother will continue to thrive on her own, but if she doesn't- it is comforting that there is such a wonderful option so close to her current home. "

"We toured Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care Ellijay and my dad liked it. The place was very nice. The dining area was nice looking and it looked comfortable. We got to see the menu for the week, and there were a lot of choices. My dad saw a lot of food that he liked. They told him about breakfast and he was excited about that. The rooms were large and spacious, with plenty of storage. The closet was a good size. We saw the activities area and they had a lot of activities planned. We spoke with one of the residents and he was very happy there."
