In rehabilitation, she takes a minimum of 5 patients at a time. The patients wait until they get their 10 minutes! Exhausting just sitting there waiting for your turn!

Inadequate processing of Information, by a secatuary who was suppose to process a med instead she processed the whole list of meds I was on.

My brother is staying at Signature HealthCARE of Cleveland. It's 5 minutes from my house. Everybody is really good. My brother has to share a room, and he doesn't even have a TV yet. I have no complaints about the staff. The dining area is pleasant. They have bingo, and people come in and sing. They have different activities. There's not a lot of room. My brother is a big guy who shares one room. About two or three outfits tucked up in his closet space. I've seen the food they gave him, and it looks good.

My grandfather was recently at this facility for rehab after a hip fracture. Even though there was no indoor visitation, the entire leadership team took time to keep me updated on his status and therapy updates. Very thankful for their caring and compassion nature.

My mother went to Signature HealthCare. I got her out of there as quick as I could because she was having to share the room with somebody else, and they played the TV 24/7, so Mother did not get any rest. There was no shower in her bathroom, they sat her in there and wet her down to wash her. My suggestion to them would be to have single rooms for people instead of trying to cut two people to a room, because you can't risk it. There was no room to move in there. The nurses and the nurse's aide that took care of her did the best job that they could, but they were short-handed, they didn't have enough help. But they were very nice, the people that work there. But with her having to share a room with somebody, she couldn't risk that. Her food was good.

We have no complaints with Signature HealthCARE whatsoever. They did more than what we could have expected. The food was what you would expect in an institutionalized place. They had activities like little concerts, Bingo, and church, including a chaplain who visits. It's clean, but it's pretty hard to keep a place like that spotless.
