"Summit View Senior Living has been good for my loved one for several years now. The rates are very reasonable comparable to other senior facilities in this area. It is a nonprofit, so it is not about making profits for owner or shareholder. The management and nursing staff has performed very well over the last three years during the Covid 19 pandemic. "

"My friend moved into Charter Senior Living of Cleveland 2 months ago. The staff is very attentive and caring. I know that they have at least weekly bus rides around various places. They've got daily exercise classes in the mornings. And he's been very pleased with the meals, as well. His room is more than adequate for him. It has a nice-sized bathroom with a handicapped shower in it. He has a double bed, a TV console with a TV, and a dresser."

"I toured Ridge Manor Rossville's assisted living. The lady and the people who worked there were super nice. The people who were living there seemed really happy. They had very nice rooms. My husband would have to share a room, so I don't know if he would be for that or not. The facility was very clean and spacious."

"My parents are in Wellington Assisted Living, and it is very house like. They moved in around the end of October. The staff is wonderful, and it is a very nice facility. It is one-bedroom for both of my parents although my father passed last Saturday. But his stay was good. They have a dining room where they go and get their food. They have a beauty salon. They have an activities director, and they have a lot of things to do. It is a very good facility. It is very clean and nice. "

"Our visit was OK. It was just a little discombobulated. One staff was nice and the other one didn't want to be bothered. The facility had more of an institutional feel instead of a homey feel. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was nice, and they had a little kitchenette. It's 40 miles from where I live, so it was a little out of my area. The surroundings were pretty though."

"My brother has moved into Signal Mountain Senior Living under memory care. It's closer to my home. The facility is excellent. Ever since we took him out of the VA and took him down there, he's been doing fine. I don't have any problem with the community at all. They really are upfront and work hard to get him to where he's enjoying it. He's met a lot of people. It has been a really wonderful experience. The staff is excellent. There was only one thing that happened. For some reason, they went four days without changing his sheets, and I was upset with that. It should be at least every three days. The food is excellent. I myself have partaken of that at the facility. They really take care of their patients regarding that. They're doing a good job, and they're very pleasant. They really spend time with each one of their patients, especially in memory care. The one thing that I have not liked was they don't have any male attendants in memory care. It's all females. They have a lot of activities. They have bingo and a lot of good books to read. It's a well-run facility. Out of all the nine that I looked at, it was top of the line. Everything in the industry is high dollar compared to being at your home. They started out saying it would be a little over $9,000 a month, and I said it needs to cut down to about $7,000 and we negotiated that, and they're standing by that."

"My grandmother stayed at Pleasant Valley. She loved everything about the home, especially the outdoor area and the caring staff. It felt like home to her. I would highly recommend this home. "

"I toured Thrive at Brow Wood. The staff was helpful. She took us on a tour and told us the different things that they do. They have a Wii and my brother used to bowl. They had a Wii with a bowling app so that he could sit in his wheelchair and act like he was bowling. The facilities were great. The layout was good. They had a lady there who helped them paint and showed them how to paint pictures. The activities director was nice. While we were there, we got to watch him. They were dancing. They were doing karaoke. That was delightful."

"Everyone that I talked to was very professional, caring, and tried to accommodate what I was looking for. The place was very clean, and all the residents looked like they were well cared for and happy. It was a beautiful place, and I was so impressed with it. They had a wonderful dining room, and they had 2 separate areas -- one for the people with memory problems and one for people who required less care. They had a beauty shop where somebody came and did haircuts, and the lady I talked to there was wonderful. They made me feel like family. It was a caring, nurturing, and encouraging environment."

"I liked Life Care Center. They had a very good and responsible staff and had everything necessary for senior citizens to adapt to a life away from home. They had an ice cream shop, barber shop, and all sorts of facilities for physical therapy and doctors. It’s not too big or too small and is a very well-organized system for move her up in. The environment is very calm and most of all, the physical therapist was very good with the patients. "

"Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove was very nice and clean. It was fairly new. The staff was very thorough and very nice. They gave me a map of the whole complex and I saw how many one-bedrooms and studios they have. We were going to want a one-bedroom, but there were only seven of them in the whole complex. So I'd have to wait for a while to get one of those."

"Following the death of my wife, I was left living alone with no family close by. I had to cook and work a hard schedule until I required an emergency surgery. At that time, my son and I decided I would be better off in Assisted Living. After extensive and thorough research, we both decided on The Bridge at Ooltewah. I have been a resident now for one year and I'm very pleased with the staff. I feel safe and secure here and don't have to worry about anything. There are several amenities available which also help to make it an enjoyable place to reside. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here! "

"The staff was extremely personable and helpful in assisting my great aunt after she had a stroke. She had to be bathed, fed, and dressed every day. The meals that were served to her were above average in my opinion. The facility was well maintained and the linens were clean. The grounds were kept in a highly maintained way. It was much more inviting than some of the assisted living facilities I have encountered when visiting my elderly family members. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs assistance in caring for their family members who can no longer take care of themselves. "

"The Health center was homey and clean. I could not say anything bad about it. The staff was very nice, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The rooms looked very spacious. They seemed to have a lot of activities there. The dining area was clean and quiet. The service and food was great. "
