We have chosen Avail Senior Living for my mother-in-law. Their studio room is very spacious, and they provide a small refrigerator and a microwave. It is a newer facility, it's just a year old. It is very bright and airy, and there's a lot of sunlight coming through. They have sunrooms with skylights. They have a nice little courtyard and screened porches. The dining room was nice and spacious. Carrie was the one who gave us a tour of the place. She was great and we even talked to the owner, and they were both accommodating.
