I have moved into Brookdale Browns Creek. Their reputation is the deciding factor. From the upper management all the way down, everybody seems to work together as a team. The upkeep of the community is very good. My apartment's floorplan is good. The food is very good, too. They have a good-sized activity room, and the dining room is nice. The atmosphere is nice. With regard to activities, I went to a bingo game one day. However, they don't have quite as many activities as I was hoping. The staff has just been wonderful.

I went to Brookdale Browns Creek. The employee that I dealt with was very nice. She gave me all the information I needed. It was very clean. It was just awesome. I would love to get my sister in there. It was just a great place. They had a lot of activities. They have a spa, a courtyard, and a movie theater. It was really good.

Brookdale Browns Creek was nice and spacious. They had everything well-organized. The staff was very informative. The rooms were very nice. They had a nice area where residents could come and play games or just get together. The dining room was very spacious, too. It accommodated all sorts of walkers and wheelchairs. It's a well-lit and very cheery place.

We went to Brookdale Browns Creek. It was a good visit, very friendly staff, everybody who walked by spoke. The residents were very friendly. It was a great tour, nice facility, it's clean and they were very good at explaining what would go on, the expectations, and how everything worked. The caregivers were all wearing masks, and I noticed we went by a pump dispenser for a hand sanitizer. The only thing stopping us right now is that the room was a little small for what my dad was expecting, so I think we've just got to get expectations real.

I toured Brookdale Browns Creek assisted living. It seemed like it's very friendly, open, nice and the people were helpful. It's also very clean and a nice place to be. The staff who accommodated me was very good. The rooms were very roomy and nicely set up. They had their own bath and kitchen. Some rooms were studios and some were different. The studio ones had plenty of room in them. The dining area was nice and clean. The facility is very clean, well-kept, up-to-date, and just seemed like a nice place to live. I remember seeing a fitness room too.

Brookdale Browns Creek was very nice except it was very quiet. It was set up very nice. You could have two bedrooms and a kitchenette. You could share if you wanted to or you could get it yourself and use one of the bedrooms with a door and the other as a den. It only had one bathroom though. One doorway went into the bedroom and the other one would go into your den. It was in a nice, quiet, woody setting. You look out the window and there were nice trees around it and grass. It was quite close to a hospital. The staff was very nice and interacted well with the residents. It was clean and updated, and everything seemed to be working in order.

I liked Brookdale Browns Creek. I liked that they had a parakeet for the residents to look at. The facilities were good and newly remodeled. The administrator was nice and helpful. They just cost a little bit more. The price is not all inclusive. The facility itself was an excellent size. They have bingo and music, but I didn't feel like there was enough memory support for my mom. It would be fine for a typical elderly person with slight dementia. It was more assisted living, but they do take people with memory issues. It would've been fine, but the money was a little bit tight. The staff was good.

Brookdale Browns Creek was very nice. I was impressed. The director was wonderful. The food wasn't the best I ever ate, but it was good. The facilities were adequate. You could have one or two rooms. They had a small refrigerator, you could have a microwave, and they had a small sink. I didn't find anything wrong.

After having two relatives and dear family friend in the memory care unit, I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone for their loved one. I attribute the responsibility to the management - the lack there of- to the rating of this facility, The caregivers attitudes towards their patients doesn't help either, Overall, the health, cleanliness and well-being of the patients, the customer paying for this service, doesn't seem to be the primary focus. Corporate really needs to come in and establish the standards they have set on their website and ensure that a NEW management team understands and communicates and follows through with their staff to provide to their patients the care they deserve and that they pay for.

My family has just moved our Mother out of this facility. When we first took her to Brookdale Alzheimer unit, it was a cleaner and more personalized facility with always two personnel for up to 18 residents; but after a change in management, the facility has gradually gone downhill. We had asked for new flooring in the small room Mother was in to no avail. The carpet was old and filthy. Due to lack of personnel (one person for 18 residents) we had major problems with male residents coming to her room and urinating on her bed, carpet, sitting undressed in her chair or in her bed, using her bathroom. Residents' hands were not washed before meals or after bathroom use. There were some good and caring caregivers but there was very little training of new caregivers as to how to communicate to and sanitation for the residents. The residents that can walk wander the halls all day trying to get out-nothing for occupy their time. The recreation room is a joke-it's a small room with a TV, small sofa, nothing to brighten it up or make it cheerful. I have seen one resident in particular who was in her final stages pushed into this room in a wheelchair left alone with no lights on in the room to stay most of the day. Truly a sad and lonely place to put your loved ones. The assisted living part in the front is kept presentable for the public; but when you go through the double doors to the Alzheimer's unit, the wreaking smell will turn your stomach. This place needs to be shut down or under different management. Management seems to be concerned mostly with how many charges they can add to the monthly bill. I have seen no indication of caring for the residents at all- very little interaction. What you are told on an initial visit is definitely not what you get in reality.

We went to Brookdale Browns Creek unannounced, and they did a really nice walkthrough. They had small apartments. I wish I had not bought this big house, so I would move in tomorrow.

I am very pleased with everything at Brookdale Browns Creek. It is small, and I think that would be good for my mom. The people that I met have been very helpful and accommodating. I have great feedback for this facility, and I am very confident that everything will be great for my mom. They offer lots of services that my mom would need. They have exercise class for the residents who want to participate, and I would encourage my mom to do that. They are also going to help her take medicine. They have a lovely dining room, the food is good, and their residents seemed to like it. They have lots of activities that I hope my mom will take advantage of.

When we were trying to find excellent care for our mother-in-law and needed flexibility in admitting her, Sandra and James were great! In addition, they have been great in every way, helping whenever we've needed it to make her as happy and comfortable as possible. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wellington Place!

I visited Wellington Place of Maryville, and the rooms were not big enough for what I need, but the facility was fine. The staff was fine, and it was very convenient for me.

We had visited Wellington Place. I thought their best feature was that they not only had assisted living, but had Alzheimer's or memory unit also. The lady who took us around was very knowledgeable. However, we were not able to interact with the staff other than to see them in the hallways and just say hi to them. They had their activities posted in the bulletin board and they offered bus services.

Most of the staff at this assisted living was friendly. However, there were some that I didn't care for. The residents seemed to be very bored not having any activities most days that I visited. Lunch and dinner was their highlight of the day. They seemed to have a good variety of food throughout week. The food was very well cooked and quite tasty. Aside from lack of activities and unfriendliness of some of the staff, the facitlity was very clean in the main part of the building. This assisted living facility also included a dementia wing. This area of the building was very restricted. The residents had a very small tv room where they were all piled up on one another. This seemed to be the only stimulation for these residents. Most of the time there was only one personal care attendant to tend to this wing so there were a lot of problems with resident agitating each other.

The Assisted Living facility was very nice and clean. The Marketing Director was pleasant and informative. The companion care unit(memory)was not as impressive. It was clean enough but the residents seemed very sad and out of touch. (maybe this is the way most places are)At the moment we are inclined to move our Mother to the Assisted Living part of the facility and have a lunch visit planned.
