Wellington Manor of Knoxville was clean. The only thing that I noticed is that they might have been short of help, but I think many places run into that. The living spaces were great, and the rooms were set up good. They can bring their own furniture. The kitchen looked clean. The staff members were very helpful and very courteous, but it appeared that they were very busy, and sometimes, residents had to wait.

It was clean and neat. The staff was engaging towards the residents. Everyone looked well dressed and happy. It was an older building, but it was nice. The lady that gave the tour was like an open book. She was very forthcoming. I saw the meals and they smelled wonderful. They looked appetizing and well-prepared.
