My wife is at The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living for respite care. I chose it because it was just very clean and very neat. She has a pretty standard room. It is roomy and very clean, and the bathroom is very roomy and clean, as well. It is set up for older people. The staff is really good. They are very caring and very professional. I highly recommend this facility based on the staff. They have lots of activities. They've done some painting and they have devotions. They took them out to lunch one day this week. And I think this coming week, they're going to take them to the zoo here in Knoxville.

The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living is very nice with friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The facility is remarkable, beautiful, new, and like a resort more than an assisted living facility. We're very happy so far. My dad has moved into assisted living. They do a lot of activities, so they always have something going on. The food is good, but I wouldn't say it's great. They have transportation, courtyards with a putting green and sitting area, and a beautiful, gentle dog that they pet and play with. They have lots of walkways outside, and it's beautiful and scenic. The place is state of the art, brand new, and has an upscale feeling. A really big plus is the shared room situation, where they don't share one big open room, but instead they have separate bedrooms. You're really getting a semi-private room since they're only sharing a bathroom.

The staff at The Pointe at Lifespring was so nice and accommodating to me. It's a new place and it looks so nice. They set the move-in date and I had furniture delivered over there already. They worked with me in such a gracious way, so I am really impressed. The room is really like an apartment with a refrigerator, a place for a microwave, a little table, bedroom, and bathroom.
