I was so upset at first sight of this "highly rated" facility as we brought my loved one in. There is not enough staffing, and the aides are worked too hard. There are caring individuals, but almost 95% of the time your loved one is left to wander alone. No one can be taken to the bathroom while dinner is being served, while they take them to dinner, or bring them back. Elderly people must WAIT till staff is ready for them to go. Not the cleanest place either. Not enough liquids given for proper hydration. WAY too many people in the building- no personal care for anyone! Anyone who has made progress on recovery from a stroke or heart attack or injury will backslide rather than progress with healing. There is NO future in this place! Very Depressing and truly difficult to remove a loved one from once they are there.
