"Service has been fairly unreliable. Several employees have not shown up at their scheduled time. When harmony was called they were unable to send a replacement and basically said we were on our own. "

"My service coordinator hired Superior for me. I’ve had discrepancies in the past about punctuality, but after going through six different caregivers, I actually have two now that I’m pleased with. I’ve had Superior for more than a year now. "

"fayette homecare and hospice was recommended to me by the palliative care nurse at the uniontown hospital. When I first sat down with the hospice team they were there boy! When my wife passed on Nov. 12, 2012 no one from hospice contacted me. No One! Not even the palliative care nurse! And when I came to the hospital after they called me to tell me my wife had passed, not one nurse at the uniontown hospital came over to talk to me! NOT ONE! Hospice told me they offered services to the family even after your loved one passes. Where are they? I'm still waiting to hear! No caring, no support, no offers of condolences, NOTHING! This is a hospice? "

"We’ve only been with VNA for about 10 days so it seems to be the best solution to our problem at the moment. We haven’t actually got a bill yet so I can’t speak to that. The scheduling took a little bit together to be up and running but that’s not really the fault of the agency. That’s some other agency that kept me hanging. I have known people who have worked in the management of the particular company and caregivers from the past so I had history with them; I just went back to who I knew. "

"We used the services of LifeSpring for my mother, who fell in October 2014, and needed help in returning to independent living. The RN, physical therapist and occupational therapist, as well as the owner, were all professional and quite attentive to her needs and kept us informed of her progress. We always felt that they really cared for her well-being. "

"We had a home health aid that comes in. When my father-in-law was in an assisted living facility, they were coming to see him 4 days a week. Now that he is at home, the home health aid is only coming two days a week. They come and bathe him; the nurse checks him. The social worker was working with us as well to try to find him other resources in the community. They even have a physician who makes health calls and comes in. The home health aid is just like a member of the household. She knows where everything is. She’s really good with him because he can be quite irritable at times. She’s able to motivate him and do what he needs. They’re not intrusive in any way. They always call before coming out. I don’t know what I’d do without Family Hospice and Palliative Care. "

"I don't have any problems with Renaissance. Everything is going very well. I enjoy the aide that comes. She helps me, and I only require one day a week for three hours, just to do laundry and clean up the house. In the beginning, she was helping me get in the shower because I had back surgery. I'm very happy with her. We get along very well, and she's always on time. "

"The nurses who visited my father were very compassionate and caring. They treated him with dignity. I wish that I would have known the stages of the last days of one who has COPD before they happened. I had received a wonderful little booklet written by a nurse who accurately described all of the last stages. "
