The aide went with him to get his hair cut. They're also doing light housework, of sweeping, doing the dishes, or making the bed. We have one caregiver, who is the primary caregiver, and my dad enjoys his company. Their management is always in contact if the caregiver were to call off or be late, so they are prompt with communication."
