The staff at Greene Health and Rehab are caring and attentive to the needs of the patients they care for. Questions get answered in a timely manner and even the Administrator is available to speak with. The CNA’s have been great with my mother and the Activity staff keep her active and engaged in group activities. She loves when the therapy dogs visit. The facility is clean and free of odors and that’s a plus. Very pleased with the services my mother has received here at Greene.

My mom is at Greene Health & Rehab Center. It's pretty good. She seems to like the recreation there. She also likes the girls. The staff is pretty good. They provide three meals. She seems to like the food, too. They have activities like bingo. They also play cards. There is a big recreation department.

Greensburg Care Center was nice. There was a long walk to get to the memory care area, but it was all clean. The rooms were small and I don't think they had too many single rooms. Most of them were double. I've only seen two of the staff and they didn't speak as we were going through. The lady that was showing me around didn't speak to them. She didn't talk to any of them or any of the residents on our way down or back. The atmosphere was very nice. It was open and you had views of the courtyard.

I was a resident for 23 days a year ago because of a broken leg and shoulder and certainly would go back again if necessary. The staff took excellent care of me and were very compassionate. The meals were excellent!

This place is terrible and my loved one is being moved out as soon as possible. I would not send a flea to this place. I hear staff yelling at patients for going to the bathroom in their diapers or pants, which happens, especially when they are given a laxative. I overheard a nurse's aide yesterday yell at a woman for peeing in her pants. The aide told her she would just have to sit in her wet pants while she ate dinner because it was time for dinner. She proceeded to tell her if she didn't want to sit in wet pants she shouldn't have peed herself. Staff constantly yell at patients for trying to get up to go to the bathroom, but it takes 22 minutes for a call bell to be responded to. (I timed it with my stopwatch) It is an absolute mess and is so disrespectful to the residents. If you don't want to change diapers or help someone, then don't work in this field.

My father-in-law was at Greensburg Care Center for his final months in life.. They were very caring and compassionate. He also utilized Grane Hospice and they were top notch. I couldn't have asks for better care for him.
