Jason Lee Manor was nice. It's an older building, but it was clean. It wasn't fancy, but it was a nice place. They have one-bedrooms and studios. The staff who gave me the tour was fabulous. They have a giant library. They have lots of wildlife out there that's cool. They have almost a little park kind of on a creek, and there's like picnic benches and stuff like that. It's a neat little place. It's really pretty.

Jason Lee Manor is a non-profit 75 unit retirement facility which offers the U.S. Department of Housing & Development (HUD) Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. 62 years of age or older; a total gross yearly income from all sources of no more than $33,150 for a single person or $37,900 for a couple, a clear criminal history in the last seven years, and the ability to meet all the obligations of the lease. Applications are accepted without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
