Jason Lee Manor was nice. It's an older building, but it was clean. It wasn't fancy, but it was a nice place. They have one-bedrooms and studios. The staff who gave me the tour was fabulous. They have a giant library. They have lots of wildlife out there that's cool. They have almost a little park kind of on a creek, and there's like picnic benches and stuff like that. It's a neat little place. It's really pretty.

Jason Lee Manor is a non-profit 75 unit retirement facility which offers the U.S. Department of Housing & Development (HUD) Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. 62 years of age or older; a total gross yearly income from all sources of no more than $33,150 for a single person or $37,900 for a couple, a clear criminal history in the last seven years, and the ability to meet all the obligations of the lease.
