"I'm now a resident of Brookdale River Road. The staff is very good and very nice. I like them. The facility is well-kept. It's older, but it's in good repair. I like my room. It is just about the right size. The only thing I have to mention is I don't think the food is up to par. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are snacks available, but the cooking is very commercial. They overcook their vegetables. Sometimes they repeat the same menu several times a week. They are developing a program of activities. Their activity director left some months ago. They just got a new one, and she is building up activities to have on a regular basis. They have bingo twice a week and movies. They have a bus, which is back in service. They are working on how to use the schedule right now. It's not really well-established. They have shopping twice a week."

"What I like best about Briden Kinder Care is that it's well-kept and they have friendly staff. What I like least is that their driveways is really steep. We did not taste the food, but the food smelled good. The facility was very nice. The rooms were good. They're adequate or better. When I stepped in it felt warm and homey."

"My father has moved here. It's been very good. The staff is very good. It's very clean and laid out very well. I wasn't able to try the food. I asked residents who were eating the food and they told me the food was very good, very healthy, and very nutritious. They have a gym, a small lounge, and a bus that takes people to several different appointments a week. They also have social outings per week. They make sure that they do something for every major holiday. They have entertainment come in every Friday. We visited several communities and this is the one that was closest and that we thought had the best of what we wanted."

"We were impressed with Bonaventure at Keizer Station. It looks very nice. It's very well laid out. The room was nice, bright and open. There was plenty of room, and we were very impressed with it. The appliances were there; it was fully outfitted. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable and very concerned about our desires. She answered all of our questions. One of the rooms we looked at was under renovation, but it looked like they were doing a very good job."

"The Bonaventure of Salem was very nice and very clean. We sounded a buzzer off, and we had three people helping us instantly, so that was very nice. The security system is very good there. The staff members were very nice. We talked to one lady, and she was the one who took us to memory care and the assisted living, and she was very good. They had an outdoor space. The memory care is under lock and key, so to go out into it, they have to have a code. Somebody couldn't just walk out. It was very nice. It had plants in it, and it was very good. They had a theater that was wonderful. We enjoyed it."

"Cedar Village Assisted Living & Memory Care is affordable. It's beautiful. The people were nice. I got to hug one of the clients. The staff was very professional. They have activities, they said, three or four times a week, that they can come down and participate in. They take them to outings. The room was nice and very appropriate for my loved one. He's in a wheelchair, so it was very convenient. He would have been able to get around quite nicely."

We are five-star caring home our caregivers, very educated and trained. We do have two RNs on call if needed. We are a 24-hour care home. We are experienced with all care. Very nice and clean home. We have a really nice backyard with the fruit trees where our residents can go and walk on a nice day. We have two covered patios. Its good for any weather to be outside. Our residents always do activities if they want too, summer time we have vegetable garden, some of our residents like to work in the garden. "It was a very nice place. It's new, wide open, and very bright. They have a nice facility and a good size room. The staff was excellent. The dining area was bright and open. It was just very pleasant."

"We fell in love with the apartment at Fircrest Senior Living. It's beautiful and had a balcony that overlooked the airport of McMinnville. The manager was absolutely fabulous, very friendly, open, led us around, and wants us there. We can take our dog, which is important. They showed me a two-bedroom, but my dad is moving into a studio this coming weekend. They offered three meals a day and had transportation to shopping, doctors, and planned outings. It's the best price for a beautiful, brand-new apartment. The kitchen was all done in stainless steel."

"My wife is doing pretty good at Brookdale McMinnville City Center. It's real homey and friendly. The staff is outstanding. They've been very helpful in all areas. She was on quarantine for 10 days. They have just about anything, puzzles, books, card games, board games, and arts and crafts. The grounds are well kept. The dining room is large and very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and pretty large. The people there are just fabulous. The residents are happy, too."

"The thing that I really noticed about Brookdale McMinnville Town Center is the vibrancy of the social programs, and how the residents were out in the hallways together socializing, choosing to be together. That was encouraging. I noticed that there were lots of community spaces and places for people to come together. There was an exercise room and places to play games. They had several dining rooms, even one that you could reserve for birthday parties and bring your family to share a meal with you. We saw a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom room. They were spacious and had nice views. There was a big picture window in the living room, and because you're either on the second or third floor, you have a beautiful bird's eye view of McMinnville, which is a pretty town. It was an older building, so it wasn't as beautiful as the other one we saw, but I still thought it was clean."

"I toured Bonaventure of Albany. It was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and nice, and they kept in contact with us for quite a while after the tour. It's a beautiful building. The rooms were small, but they were nice."

"My parents-in-law moved into Conifer House. It's a small community. There are only l15 residents in the assisted living part, and there's a memory care facility attached to it. So if we need that, we can work on it. The people there are super helpful and friendly. The move-in was smooth. We like the head nurse. She's great. Their room is a little small, but we fit everything in. They have one bedroom. It would be perfect for probably one person, but there are two of them, so it's a little crowded, but it's still working. They have a lot of different activities. Their small dining area is fantastic. They've got a nice little area where people gather and watch TV. They have a really small parking lot, and the street parking is far away."

"My family member has lived at Timberhill Place for 2 1/2 years now, after leaving a "big name" facility. The difference is night and day! The care is beyond excellent. The staff is retained for years and years, not days. The apartments are perfect. The food is consistently good. The past year with Covid has been challenging and everyone looks forward to returning to the great activities and offerings. If you really look at what goes on inside, you will find that Timberhill Place is one of, if not the best offerings in Corvallis..."
