The Village at Keizer Ridge had little studios, which were a better size, we thought, for my mother. The atmosphere was calm. The people were friendly. I liked the size of the facility itself. It wasn't very big or overwhelming. It felt very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about what they had there and the amenities they could offer. She was very good. They have a gym, a library, and outdoor spaces.

My father has moved here. It's been very good. The staff is very good. It's very clean and laid out very well. I wasn't able to try the food. I asked residents who were eating the food and they told me the food was very good, very healthy, and very nutritious. They have a gym, a small lounge, and a bus that takes people to several different appointments a week. They also have social outings per week. They make sure that they do something for every major holiday. They have entertainment come in every Friday. We visited several communities and this is the one that was closest and that we thought had the best of what we wanted.

My mother was a Memory Care resident at The Village at Keizer Ridge for 5 years. She moved in when it opened in 2016 & just recently passed away. What impressed me from the beginning, and is still true today, is the personal, hands on care she continually received. The staff makes it a top priority to know a resident individually - their personality & quirks, likes & dislikes. I would drop in frequently to visit and the staff were always present & interacting with the residents. They work very hard to care for the individual. I would recommend The Village to anyone and will be forever grateful for the compassionate, quality care my mother received - from the first day she arrived until the moment she left.

It is totally accommodating, perfectly clean, and beautiful. The food is wonderful and the staff is excellent. I have been there almost every day to visit my friend and we love it. I couldn't be more impressed. My friend's room has huge windows and high ceilings.

The facility at Keizer Ridge is lovely. The staff are very serious about striving for excellence in their care for their clients. They are quick to respond and resolve any concerns we have had concerning our family member. The outdoor garden is a nice place to enjoy. Friday nights they have music or other activities. Recently we watched a wedding at the facility. It was beautiful .

This community is beautiful and the whole staff is so attentive and caring! As a family member, I always want the very best for my Mom and I know that we have found an incredible place where I know that she is happy and well-cared for. The atmosphere is engaging and respectful and it is so good to know that Mom is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!
