We liked them, but it was more like a senior living than assisted living, and Mom wasn’t ready for that. It was small, with only 30 rooms.

Trustwell Living at Davenport Place, our senior living community in Silverton, provides residents (and their pets) with a home-like environment, support for activities of daily living, and a community where they can thrive. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our residents flourish by engaging in a wide variety of stimulating activities, such as bingo, tai chi, movie nights, arts and crafts, and social gatherings. We go out on the town, for shopping, dining, and movies. We strive to offer high quality assisted living in Silverton, which ensures our residents have the care and attention they deserve.
Davenport Place is a smaller community making it easier for residents to navigate in, where you're not forgotten about (not a small fish in a large fishbowl.)

We liked them, but it was more like a senior living than assisted living, and Mom wasn’t ready for that. It was small, with only 30 rooms.

We appreciate your feedback! At Davenport Place Assisted Living, our goal is to provide seniors with a comfortable lifestyle while still receiving the extra assistance they need to find enjoyment in every day.
You're correct, our assisted living community here at Davenport Place, does consist of only 30 rooms in total. While our community may be smaller, we believe this brings several unique benefits: In a smaller community, this allows for our residents to form meaningful relationships and get to know one another. Each resident receives more personalized support and attention, especially during any emergency situation if needed.
Also, a smaller community allows for our residents with walkers and wheelchairs to easily navigate throughout for meals, activities and any other events.
