They do an inspection and they make sure everything is safe for both the caregiver and the person that is being cared for. I thought that was good. We had an in-person interview. Now, they call and do a phone interview. They do that once a month. So, I think they're very proactive and the caregivers are very good. They're on time and they provide the service I want, usually with a little bit of housekeeping and just being here is the main thing. They have certain rules and I think that's good."
