First Call In Home Care is a branch of First Call Home Health. First Call Home Health is one of the most respected agencies in the Willamette Valley area and has 9 years’ experience in skilled nursing care.
The forming of First Call In Home Care is to facilitate the growing number of Clients who have inquired about services that would allow them to maintain their independence in their homes in the community they have lived in.
Independence is the foundation in the Home Care industry and it is why we are providing this service to give peace of mind to the clients and their family and representatives.
We have a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. Our services are based on the principles of customer service and that’s what we will aim to provide for you. If something is not right we want you to tell us so we can fix it for you.

Are the staff screened and qualified?
First Call in Home Care staff hires only screened and qualified caregivers (minimum 6 months in a ALF, RCF, AFH or another In Home care agency). And each caregiver participates in an exclusive Training/Orientation program. Our continuing education requirement (utilizing CNA level tests created by Beacon Health) keeps us at the forefront of the industry, and enables us to care for varying types of needs for individuals of all ages.
Am I obligated to a specific amount of service?
The duration of service is completely at your discretion. We have a 2-hour minimum. Care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or overnight. Schedules may be regular or sporadic(a client needs to utilize one visit every 30 days to be considered active). If it is necessary you may cancel at any time. 24 hours’ notice to the office during normal business hours is all that is required.
