I am a current client of this provider

I have had caregivers from Senior Helpers of Salem coming in for almost a month now. It's been a very good experience. The coordinator of the program, Shelley, is really good. She's very professional, caring, and detail-oriented. They come to my mom's house and they are staying overnight and helping her during the nighttime. I've only met one of the caregivers in person, and she is very friendly and ready to be helpful.

We're currently using Senior Helpers of Salem for my husband. They were prompt in being able to help us out, and they were flexible with the number of hours that we could hire them forth. We're happy with the caregivers. Hiring them allows me to get out of the house and take care of our personal business. While they're here, they look after him, and he's comfortable with them. I was glad to know that there weren't any issues when they started. We usually have the same person, and she is very good with working with him as well as doing a few household chores. I always tell her she could bring a book because he spends a lot of time in bed. Billing is fine. They take it directly out of our bank account, so it's very smooth.

I'm using Senior Helpers for my wife. They're really trying hard to accommodate me with the changing needs for my wife who's deteriorating. The helper they send over told one of my wife's friends that my wife was her first client, and she's awfully good at what she's doing. She's very caring, and my wife likes her. She smiles, and she's very helpful. The Senior Helpers is bending over backwards to try to get people to our home to give us the help that we need, and they're very reasonable.

I hired Senior Helpers for my husband. It is good. The caregivers are patient and caring. They take care of my husband three hours a day. They fix him lunch and help him with restroom.

Senior Helpers has very poor service. The management is very rude to the caregivers and they provided poor scheduling with my service.

We hired Senior Helpers to provide care for my mother. Almost every time, someone showed up on time and provided good care. We did have a situation with really bad weather one night when they were a little late, so it was excusable. Most of the caregivers were attentive and caring. Basically, scheduling and billing were pretty good. We used them for about 5 1/2 weeks.

I am very satisified with the Senior Helpers Of Salem and I really liked the way how things were explained and how I was guided on what I would need. I am very impressed with their quality of service. They were hands on and provided personalized care on what was going on with my situation. I love the assistance and the information provided to all my inquiries. Though, I still do not need it right now. As soon as I would be needing helpcare - I will contact Senior Helpers of Salem immediately and have placed them on top of my list.
