"Home Instead stepped up to help us on very short notice with my 98 year old mother and 71 year old brother living together in Portland to fill in for one of our two regular care givers who had emergency surgery leaving us without coverage for their 1/2 day weekend shift. Both have dementia, the son has incontinence and we live in California. The care givers were friendly and helpful. We rested easy knowing the "Emergency" was taken care of. Although we are out of state, the process was easy and supported by excellent and helpful communication.
