I have started with HDE Home Care. The caregiver is here right now, and she is doing a great job. She is really helpful. They're awesome. I think they're very well organized. They're a good organization. I feel very comfortable with them. They're amazingly good. The quality of the people they are sending is fantastic. They help me organize my stuff. They could actually drive my vehicle, which is wonderful in case I've got to go like pick up some medication or something. The caregivers are great. The communication is very good. They've got a woman that is managing the operation, and she is really great. She is very bright and nice. I am really happy to work with her.

My brother, Sheldon is developmentally disabled and it was determined that he needed a personal help. United Cerebral Palsy contracted a caregiver through HDE health and that's how I met Donny who was the owner of that business. He provided us with a caregiver and we interviewed many caregivers and we've had 5 from their company. We had a chance to meet different types of caregivers. We really had a good experience with his company. We had student nurses and some part time caregivers. Our current caregiver is a lady who specializes in working with disabled adults and children that are in foster care homes or on their own. She is just excellent with my brother. The last one we had was a student nurse and knew a lot of medical stuff. She was just absolutely superb. She went through all the doctor's appointments with him. What I like the most is that Donny has a 24-hour cellphone that if there's a problem I can reach him even on weekends. Although I try not to do that because he has a life but if there's an emergency I've been able to reach him without a problem. He has been really helpful in problem solving. As my brother's case become extremely more complicated, he has been very helpful in being able to work with United Cerebral Palsy in contracting more services. I would highly recommend Donny's business.

HDE Home Care and Donny did a great job in providing caregivers for my mother. Donny was very careful to match us (me and my mother) with compatible caregivers who took excellent care of my mother. Donny was always easy to access and very responsive to our needs. I have recommended this agency to several others in need.

They came through huge for us because we called them on the 24th of December and we need to have an immediate, round the clock care for my dad. They came through immediately and were incredibly helpful. The management is very in touch in doing what they say they will do. The caregivers were always there on time. My dad liked them. They're very pleasant and interesting people to be around.
