I will move into the Indian Hills Senior Community. I chose it because of the pricing, and the staff was very polite. They have a swimming pool and an exercise room.

I visited the independent living community of Indian Hills Senior Community in Euclid, and they were fine. They were nice, pleasant, and showed me around. From what I saw, it was pretty clean. It wasn't a problem getting in and out of the building. It also has a patio, so I don't feel claustrophobic. There was nothing that I disliked. Physically, it was nice, and the grounds were clean. The person who gave the tour was very nice. She showed me an apartment, and I gave her my application. She gave me a newsletter and told me about some of their activities. They have parties, movie nights, and bus tours to take you to the grocery shop and that kind of stuff. The apartment looked like any other 1-bedroom apartment, but it was nice, clean, and the floor plan was okay.

Hallway carpeting is so old and worn out that I almost tripped going to elevators. The laundry rooms has mold on the ceiling. This is because it is extremely hot and moist in there. It should be some kind of ventilation to blow out hot air.

Apartments are nice, but the building I visit were nasty, electric heaters in entrance and lobby with no covers, elevator with no fan running and nasty and smells, carpet in hallways needs cleaning it smells. My friend lives there who gets around in a wheelchair the doors aren’t automatic for wheelchairs. I will continue to look for a cleaner and more convenient Senior building it certainly isn’t Indian Hills. Bldg 1501

Indian Hills Senior Community was all right. I thought it was a little expensive for what you got, and I didn't particularly like the neighborhood. The apartments were nice, but they turned me down. They had no activities, too. The staff who gave the tour was nice though.

I went to see Indian Hills Senior Community. The units were very small, but I was just looking for a studio apartment. It was a hilly community, so I felt like maybe that's not the most suitable place for me. The place was clean and modern. They had good customer service. This is independent living, so they didn't have like a grand ballroom where you could go to get meals. They had a big fenced-in area, so it was like a gated community. They had a large community room, a library, and all of that stuff.

Indian Hills provides all amenities, food, swimming pool, and transportation. It's close to public transportation lines and nice and clean. Its a good facility. They have programs, in-house dining, nursing, and good staff. It's an older facility, so they can use some upgrades, but it met my needs.

My mom moved into Indian Hills. We chose it based on income. So far, I liked it. There's a pool, exercise equipment, a walking path, gazebos, and a theater. Her apartment is nice, and it has a balcony. The staff is pretty good and attentive. They have a calendar of activities.

I visited Indian Hills. I didn’t like the elevator. There was an exercise room and a stylist shop inside the premises. They had a lot of buildings that could accommodate my mom. They gave a pamphlet to my mom that included a list of different activities held on a weekly basis.

Indian Hills is a nice and clean community. It's in a nice location. It's very accessible as far as taking the bus, and a shopping center is right around the corner.
