I toured Delaware Creative Housing Hud II. I liked the way it was run and taken care of. It was at the top of my list. The staff was very informative, answered any questions, and were very helpful. I was just really pleased with everything I saw. They had a dining area and a place where people could get together and talk. That was pretty much what they had there. The place was very clean. It was located near a hospital and not very far from restaurants.
