The staff is always very helpful, both on the floors and in the office. My husband is allowed to have a DVD player and a mini fridge in his room, so his comfort is important there. In this troubling time of Covid, Lakeridge staff and administrators have done an excellent job in keeping both residents and families safe and well informed. I have never had any problems that couldn’t easily be solved. Lakeridge is a good option when you are worried about caring for your loved ones. Also, the residents have access to a variety of activities and fun surprises!

This is the most horrible nursing facility I have ever seen. The staff are rude and talk degrading towards residents. The care is horrific. The place looks so old. The air quality is terrible. I wouldn't allow anyone I love continue to live here at all. READ READ READ

Lakeridge Villa is a terrible place! I want to really move my mom to somewhere else. She was in the hospital and the hospital found it for her. The building is old, everything is outdated, and it's inadequately furnished. I didn't even see any regular wheelchairs. It didn't look like a nursing facility at all. I don't think the staff can control some of the residents that are loud and disruptive. Every time I try to talk with my mother on the phone, there were always some people screaming in the background.

The nursing staff is friendly but my grandmother never has a place for her clothing. She has shared a room with another resident for two years now, and each time I go out to visit the small closet she is allotted is full of the roommate's clothing. There are two dressers in this room and those are full as well. My grandmother's clothes are actually laying on top of a box next to her bed!! I have spoken with several people here about this and it is STILL the same situation. On a more positive note, the staff here seems to really care about the people living here. There is a lake and a restaurant up the street and the residents are taken there frequently. They also have the usual weekly entertainment programs and such. This is a good place except for the clothing issue and my grandmother seems happy here.
