I had to bring my mother here for comfort care and the staff kept us comfortable and well fed. I slept and showered there. My mom was seen every two hours by the aids. It was a wonderful place for such a horrific time. I don't regret taking her to St. Luke.

My brother is at St. Luke Health Services. Many of the staff are very helpful, but there are a few bad apples that make it a lot more difficult. However, I find that all of these types of places have a lot of shortcomings. He has Parkinson's and he feels that he can't move around as much there. Other than that, he says the food is excellent and that's unusual (but that also means it's a good thing). The facility is neat, clean, and attractive.

My experience in this facility was very pleasant. I feel that the staff and facilities was exactly what I would expect for anyone that I care about. The staff is very kind to both the live ins and their guests. They are very prompt with getting anything that the live ins need. It was a very clean and up kept environment. I love that they keep the occupants busy with various choices of activities, but I also love that they respect that they are human and do need to still live their own lives and have their privacy. I feel very confident with having anyone of my family members there again if every needed.

My mother had to stay here and I have no complaints. The staff was great and very nice. They helped her in so many areas. They helped get us set up with rehab/physical therapy. The social worker was very helpful. The food was decent, no complaints there. The facility was very accommodating and helpful. People were very pleasant towards both my parents and all visitors, including the grandchildren that wanted to visit poor grandma. It was definitely a kid friendly environment. They had areas where you could visit with the grand kids and play checkers. Much better than being confined to your room. The atmosphere seemed very relaxed. Not pushy and rigid like some facilities I've visited. Everything was always clean and orderly. The parking lot seems a little small, but we never had problems finding a place to park so I guess it is adequate and just seems smaller than it is. Overall we enjoyed our experience dealing with this facility and would recommend it to anyone forced with the difficult decision of finding such a facility.

My father in law has received excellent care at this facility. the staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer a wide range of activities for rehab/therapy/&socialization. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job at keeping St. Luke's spic and span. The social worker Anne M. is very helpful, family is always consulted and included in assessment and care plan.Meals appeared nutritious and well balanced and my father in law speaks very highly about the dinners.Any questions or concerns are always addressed promptly and with a pleasant attitude.overall, my family and I have been quite pleased with the care given our loved one and would rate this facility as top notch. Definitely our first choice in our community. If there was a downfall to this facility, I would have to say that it's the steep driveway , though it is meticulously maintained even in our brutal winters.
