My aunt moved to Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel about 6 months ago. It was a difficult decision to move her, but she couldn't be home alone anymore. She wasn't ready for a memory care program, but we were afraid that assisted living would be too overwhelming for her. When we visited Arbor Terrace we were introduced to their Bridges program, which gave her the best of both worlds. We can't say enough wonderful things about the program and Arbor in general. The residents, staff, apartments, and amenities are all top notch!

We think that Arbor Terrace Mt. Laurel is very good, they're very caring, and definitely on top of everything. They're very strict with the policies, which is hard for us, but we get it, and we understand and appreciate it. We only know two of the staff members. One is the head nurse, she's very caring, and seems to be on top of everything, so we're very happy about that. The second one is Doug, he does the activities, so when we come visit my mother-in-law out on the patio, he's the one who does that. They're the only people we know because we haven't gone in to see anyone else. Her room is very nice, it's large for a studio. It's all new, it just got built last year, so everything is new. We once had the food before the virus started; it was OK. The chef messed something up, but my mother-in-law likes it. I didn't think it was anything spectacular, but it wasn't bad. I think they're doing very good with the activities. They actually put on an app things that she does and also posts a picture of her, so it makes us feel like she's really doing those activities. The activities are great, and great for people with memory issues, so we like that. It's very expensive, but I think we're getting what we pay for.

My aunt will be moving into Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel. It's clean, new, beautiful, and it's close to her family. The staff was wonderful, very, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and every question I asked, they had an answer; I was very impressed. She's getting a small 1-bedroom apartment, and it's beautiful. They gave me cookies to take home, and the food looked beautiful.
