I went to Gateway Vista. It was a nice size, big. The rooms were huge. Each place had its own bathroom and private bath, and the bathrooms were big. It was just big. Great value for the money. We saw a one-bedroom, which was huge. It was a big place and a lot of different amenities. It has a salon. It was nice. No complaints. No negative. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was visiting and the resident needed to use the facilities after a couple hours and needed assistance. The staff assisting her shamed her and I was saddened and disgusted. Needing to use the restroom after a couple hours is NOT asking too much!

I'm at Gateway Senior Living now. Some of the bad things are the food that they have here and the way the place is run. It's just a haphazardly wrong place, but we have lots of room here. We have a lot of privacy. As far as cleanliness and the way it's kept up, it's fine. A lot of the staff is undertrained, but some of them are well trained. They have bingo and women's clubs, but for men they don't have much of anything.

Gateway is wonderful. The staff are great and professional. The food is good. And there are several activities offered. I recommend Gateway to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I came to Gateway based on the information I heard on KFOR. Looking back I’m glad I did because everything that was shared is absolutely what service I receive. The staff go above and beyond to meet our needs and always with a smile.

Gateway is the best. I and my twin sister have lived at Gateway for 8 years. Our apartment is large with many windows. The natural light is wonderful. The food is outstanding. The nursing staff treats use well and like family, There are many scheduled activities throughout the day that keeps us active. Here at Gateway we have onsite therapy. There is also the other side that offers skilled nursing care if we need.
