House of Grace was brand new and very beautiful. They've got very courteous staff. My only concern was the price. The staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. It's a townhouse, so they don't have a game room other than the living room. They had a beautiful dining room and kitchen, and the bedroom was beautiful as well.
