My brother moved into Franklin Terrace Apartments. The appearance of the place is beautiful and relaxing. It's gorgeous. They play bingo, and they do take outdoor trips. I checked the dining area because I had lunch with my brother at that time. Unfortunately, I didn't eat, but I sat there with him while he ate, and he seemed to enjoy the food. Everything but his cable and phone is included.

Franklin Terrace Apartments was very low budget. I didn't like how it looked at all. I was not impressed with that facility. I made an appointment with someone over the phone, but they didn't tell the office manager, so she wasn't on site. Somebody let me in, though. I saw the main sitting area, the food service dining area, and the general property outside. That's all. The residents were eating. They were being served their meal. It did not impress me from what limited amount I saw. It looked sad. It looked neat where they were eating. It was small. The person serving the meals called the office manager over the phone. They weren't on site for the tour, so I just talked to them briefly over the phone.

Great experience with new care team in the building. Some good changes has been done, EZ Living staff are always professional and kind to us. The community is small and friendly. Very happy with my father's care takers and medication staff.

We found Franklin Terrace Apartments for my mom. We just moved the furniture in, and she should be moving in very shortly. When we walked in, the place was very nice, very well-appointed, very clean, and very colorful. The staff was very nice. They have a beautiful dining area, which they're not using now because of COVID. They have beautiful table cloths and menus. They also have a beauty salon, a billiard room, a theater, and a place for you to socialize. So they have all the amenities. It's a very nice place. It's small enough so mom can get around. Then they offer services where if she needs additional help, we don't have to do that with Franklin. We can do that on our own, which is very good. Everybody has been absolutely great.

Franklin Terrace had a good atmosphere, but it was expensive. The staff member was very nice and courteous. It was a nice experience. Everything was excellent, and the rooms were a nice size.

Franklin Terrace was clean, which was what I liked best. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very nice. The food was very good.

I toured on a weekend and of course those in charge are off on weekend but the building owner and the director of care both met with my husband and I. The director of care was a young woman with some much knowledge and compassion. The building owner was very honest and even shared his own personal experience. The downfall was the lack of security and the parking lot was horrible . Other than that it's seems to be a place that we can count on ! It's one of our top three choices..

My experience at Franklin Terrace was good, but they were just too far away from me. The rooms are OK and average, and the staff is nice. The people were very nice, and the environment was nice. They had a lot of amenities, and they were good.

My mom is at Franklin Terrace for 10 years now. She was living in another place but then she needs to move out but I can't remember how I came across this place. They also have an in home company that assists with meals, baths and other personal care. The facility is clean. It's about 3 floors probably with only 60 – 80 residents. She has been there for so long so I know they already care about her. Her floor is alarmed so when she walks out and didn't hit the code, the alarm will go off. They have a security guard in the evening and all kinds of employee during the day. They have activities, a game room where they play bingo and wii, have gone to outings and grocery stores and a hair salon. She is comfortable living there.
