From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed. This facility has a very home like atmosphere. I recently took a tour and I can’t tell you how satisfied I was with everything they had to offer. The residents are well groomed and you could just tell they’re taken care of and happy. The exceptional staff the acknowledged me with a smile as I toured speaks volumes. This is definitely a top choice for my loved ones.

I love Beechwood Manor. It is a beautiful community. The staff is compassionate and kind. They're really good at delivering information to me. They get to know their clients and their patients on a one-on-one basis. They go out of their time to call me if anything is going wrong, say with my mom or if she needs actual assistance. The communication is amazing. I would highly recommend this community to anybody. My mother's room is beautiful. It is a one-bedroom room. It came with a bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. The same day we moved her in, we were able to hook up cable service as well as her landline. They do all of her laundry right there in the facility. I can't say a bad thing about the place. Also, it is about 15 minutes from my house.

My mother was only there for two weeks at Beechwood Manor. I would say it was definitely adequate and certainly above par. She shared a room with another person, and it was a very nice room, well-appointed. The staff was very attentive, and they had daily activities. They had programs for them, but my mom was pretty much bedridden -- she had a heart condition. There were no issues; it was kept very clean and very neat.

Beechwood Manor was a very quiet, clean, friendly, and comfortable environment for my grandmother, who is suffering from Alzheimer's Disease. The staff seemed a bit overworked, but they were always very kind. Beechwood Manor also had many events, games, and activities which the residents could attend if they wished. Beechwood Manor also had social workers and nurses that were always available to answer my questions. There was never a moment when my grandmother did not receive the quick and adequate care that she deserved. My grandmother's aid was always attentive, warm, and was always smiling, even when my grandmother became combative and aggressive. My grandmother stayed at Beechwood Manor for about four or five years before she passed away. During that time, I became very well acquainted with the staff. Beechwood Manor is a top-notch assisted living facility that is very well managed. I did have one issue with an aid that was caring for my grandmother; she was very rude and unkind, but when I complained to the nurse about the aid's attitude, she was immediately disciplined and there were no more problems with her.
