I would have given the staff if it wasn't for one nurse named Holly who has been rude to me from Day one that she arrived. Always asking me questions and getting smart with me! You're not paid to ask questions you're paid to do your job! Food is average, activities are lacking and not much to do. Building is very old and not up to date.

Pleasantly Surprised Guardian

I have been surprised and very pleased by the care a client has received at The Oasis. My client's room is clean, attractive and well-equipped, his caregivers are respectful, competent and genuinely nice. Grooming help is provided regularly as needed, and my client is always dressed in appropriate, clean clothes. Meals and snacks are of good quality and presented well. The Social Worker communicates well with me and my client, both in person and by phone. OT and PT services have been very helpful to him. And I have received all the help needed in negotiating insurance issues from an excellent financial department. There has been and continues to be careful attention paid to safety and security for clients, as well as following of Covid-19 health guarding guidelines. The results of Oasis' attention to the welfare of my client has resulted in a healthier, happier and more satisfied client than ever before, and we are both very appreciative. Thank you Oasis!
