Those people keep an eye on my dad and perform basic duties and functions. The caregivers are pretty pleasant and pretty nice. Some are better than others. I used Maxim Healthcare for 2 years, nothing but problems...From nursing smoking, showing up in jeans and wife beaters, to nurses falling asleep, using their computer, using dish soap to wash his eyes, to diaper cream on his mickey button. They even pulled all nurses from us, because we were choosing to move on to another agency because they were not fixing any problem we had. If you are smart, DO NOT USE MAXIM.
