Care Plan Inc. is a nurse-led, family-owned home care agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2009. From our Dearborn headquarters, we provide concierge-level private duty home care across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, and Washtenaw counties, including Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Grosse Pointe, Rochester, Northville, Plymouth, West Bloomfield, Troy, and Ann Arbor.

Every client's care is designed and supervised by a registered nurse, with a personalized care plan built around your family's preferences, schedule, and routines. Our caregivers assist with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and memory care, from a few hours a week to 24/7 and live-in support. There are no insurance limitations on private duty care: services are designed entirely around what your loved one needs.

Our specialty programs include VA Home Care (homemaker and home health aide services for veterans), respite care that gives family caregivers a well-deserved break, and attendant care for auto accident survivors under Michigan's No-Fault insurance. We are proud to serve those who served, and our team includes Arabic-speaking caregivers who help non-English-speaking elders feel understood and at ease.
