The individuals that they're sending out are older, so I know they have that experience that we were looking for. They do the bathing, and sometimes they help feed her. When she gets in the mood, she can feed herself. For my dad, they do cleaning. They do the laundry, clean the floors, and help them with some of the household duties. The caregiver is very nice. She is patient and understanding. Our primary concern was that my mother would not be receptive, but she enjoys this lady's company. They have a good relationship, and I think it has only been about a month. The individual has established a good relationship with my mother and my dad."
